INTRODUCTION
PHILADELPHIA PROTECTION SERVICE Inc. Is a protection service specialty firm focusing on the safety of our clients, client’s employees, client’s property, and client’s clientele and/or vendors. We are a Firm that thrives on performing services that most companies either can’t perform or won’t perform.
We train our employees to be specialist not just employees. Our primary concern is safety and protection. We will provide you with protection specialist along with other services that coincide with our protection service program such as our money transportation service at no additional cost. This service comes with the armed service.
Statement of Problem/Need
We are submitting this company specification for the purpose of providing you with armed or unarmed protection at your location(s).
With various types of illegal activity you need a police like presence from your Protection Service.
With a professional appearance, professional conduct, education, and on going training we are confident you will find favor with our firm.
Project Scope and Objectives
Our goal as your Protection Service is to minimize or deter illegal activity by aggressive patrol and identifying offenders.
We document even the smallest of incidents for our clients so that the client is always aware of what is occurring within the facilities.
We will provide site supervisors on all locations so our client(s) will have someone whom is responsible for our officers and someone whom can make decisions on behalf of our firm.
ACTION PLAN
Activity One: Aggressive Supervision
Our shift supervisors make daily inspection of all officers and equipment.
Our site supervisors make daily inspections of shift supervisors as well as filling out inspection reports on a daily basis.
Activity Two: Follow-up Investigation Reports
Every level of our staff are required to do follow-up investigation report(s) for all incidents that occur.
We investigate all incidents to protect our clients as well as our firm from liability of any incident.
Activity Three: Client Involvement
We involve our clients in our training programs, follow-up investigations, and most decisions that we think interest our clients.
We are a full service protection firm and we do provide full service.

We schedule our officers according to the client’s needs.
We provide support schedules in the event unforeseen circumstances occur.
RESULTS
One of the advantages of contracting our firm is we are continuously searching for ways of improving our service to our clients. We have found that our clients are the best avenues of advertisement.
EVALUATION
Our firm has quarterly service audits to inspect the service we are providing to see if we are lacking in any area of our service. By the fourth quarter of all contracts any problems should have been addressed and corrected.
QUALIFICATION
Our officers have minimum of (3) years of experience in law enforcement/or military training and are continuing to train in the field of law enforcement. Physical training for fitness is annual and all officers must pass. See the appendices for areas of training.
