INTRODUCTION
PHILADELPHIA PROTECTION SERVICE Inc. is a full service investigations firm that employs specialist. We train our personnel to be specialist not just employees.
Our primary concern is our clients, we provide our clients with all the information obtained during our investigations. Our bilingual investigators have been valuable when conducting investigations involving different races and cultures.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM/NEED
We understand that we are the fact finders for our clients and that the sooner our clients receive the facts the better prepared they will be when the information is presented.
We also understand that our main function is to report our findings; no other actions are to be taken.
PROJECT SCOPE & OBJECTIVES
Our goal as an investigations firm is to obtain as much information as quickly as possible and forward the information to our client immediately after obtaining the information.
PLAN OF ACTION
Activity One: Aggressive Investigation
Our investigators are very diligent in obtaining information utilizing all resources until all information is obtained.
Activity Two: Follow-up Investigation Reports
All levels of our staff are required to perform follow-up investigation reports for all investigations. Reviewing reports is a required procedure in the event an oversight occurs.

Our clients are a very important part of our investigations. Involving the client helps to ensure the client is accurately
Informed and it allows the client the opportunity to guide our investigation in the direction the client may want to go.
MANAGEMENT PLAN
We believe a company is only as good as its management. Our management staff is always seeking ways to improve and train our investigators as well as our service to our clients.
During the training process of our investigators there are incentives which have kept our turnover rate below 10%.

COST FOR INVESTIGATIONS
$65.00 per hour $0.767 per mile plus all related expenses. We require a deposit for all private cases. We bill a minimum of 4 hours daily Monday through Friday and 8 hours on holidays, weekends and all cases that require our investigators to leave the city of Philadelphia. We also investigate court appointed cases as well.
RESULTS
Accurate information, good reports, expedient investigations and satisfied clients.
EVALUATION
PPS has been exceptionally successful in its investigations since the start of the firm in 1992. In our annual survey as of 2007 we have a 92% satisfactory rating.
QUALIFICATIONS
PPS investigators have a minimum of 3 years experience and are continuing to train and be educated in both criminal/civil investigations.
Physical training is an annual requirement and all investigators are required to complete the training course. We believe if our investigators are in good physical condition their minds are in better condition. See the appendices for areas of training.
